- 1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1/3 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber
- 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dill weed
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices tomato
- 2 sandwich buns, split
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Place lettuce and tomato on bun bottoms; top with chicken salad. Replace bun tops.
