- 1 cups (6 ounces) butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS
In a large saucepan, melt butterscotch chips and butter over low heat; cool for 10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, brown sugar and vanilla until blended. Beat in butterscotch mixture. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; add to batter and beat until well blended. Stir in the marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts.
