Freezing Cubed Cooked Chicken

When chicken pieces are on sale, I buy several packages and bake all the chicken, skin side up, on foil-lined pans. When cool, I remove the skin and bones, cube the meat and freeze in measured portions to use in casseroles and other quick suppers. —Marilyn Wolfe, Des Moines, Iowa
