If you’re a fan of fast food and Halloween, you know about all the deals and perks that happen during spooky season. The most popular tends to be the McDonald’s Boo Bucket, a staple since the 1980s. But who says McDonald’s gets to have all the bucket fun?

While Dunkin’ is known for its coffee and doughnuts, this chain still surprises us with a secret menu and limited edition drops. It seems there’s something special in store for 2024. Instagram is swirling with rumors of a Halloween-themed Dunkin’ Munchkins bucket, and we’re here to divulge all the details.

Is this Munchkins bucket the real deal?

Dunkin’ employees leaked details about the buckets to @markie_devo, a well-known snack food Instagram account. The bucket itself has been revealed, sporting a bright purple pop with adorable pumpkins, monsters, witches and ghosts holding hands while trick-or-treating in their own little Halloween world. The Dunkin’ logo is prominently placed in signature orange. The perfect Halloween color combo!

The Halloween Munchkins bucket can be ordered by itself for $2 or filled with a 50-count of Munchkins for an extra $1 on top of the normal Munchkins price. Considering how cute this bucket is, I have to say it’s an absolute steal! Not only that, if it can hold 50 Munchkins, you know the bucket will hold a lot of candy, too. It’s a super cute option for kiddos who need a container to tote around for trick-or-treating.

There’s one more thing that caught our eye, too…those sprinkled doughnut holes! Dunkin’ employees say the Dunkin’ Halloween buckets also come with Halloween-themed orange and brown sprinkled doughnut holes special for the season. We can’t wait to grab a handful!

When will the Munchkins bucket drop?

The spooky-cute purple bucket is set to drop October 16. This leaves plenty of time for kids and adults to grab it before Halloween rolls around. This item is limited to participating stores and will only stick around while supplies last, so we recommend visiting a Dunkin’ right away if this is a collectible you know you need. And let’s be honest, who wouldn’t be thrilled with a bucket full of pumpkin doughnuts?
