What is the healthiest drink at Starbucks?

Caffe Misto DrinkVia Starbucks.com

Meet the caffe misto—it’s half rich coffee, half steamed milk and fully delish. It’s one of the healthiest things on the Starbucks menu and gives you that creamy latte feel with far fewer calories.

The caffe misto usually comes with 2% milk and has 110 calories, 10 grams of sugar, 4 grams of fat and 7 grams of protein. You can also order with skim milk to cut the fat or almond milk to cut the sugar.

We love this drink because it’s healthy and simple with only two ingredients: black coffee plus dairy milk, almond milk or another non-dairy milk. The caffe misto is low in calories and fat, but still tastes like a rich latte because of the 1:1 ratio of coffee and milk.
