Vivian Jao has over 25 years of experience as a freelance writer, culinary researcher, chef, recipe developer, food stylist, and culinary producer. She was a Director of the Saveur Test Kitchen and wrote a kitchen equipment review column for Every Day with Rachael Ray. Her work has also appeared in Simply Recipes, Wall Street Journal, and many other brands. Vivian co-authored Judy Joo's Korean Food Made Simple and contributed to cookbooks for MeatEater, Food Network, and edible Jersey Farmers' Markets. She was an IACP Award Finalist for Instructional Writing in 2013.
