I love coconut and margaritas, so I came up with this cocktail last Christmas. The lime and coconut go so well together! I'm really happy with the way they turned out. I have the ingredients on hand during the holidays to make several batches. —Donna Gribbins, Shelbyville, Kentucky

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut
